AYA · Grenache Bouquet
Meet the wine before you taste it.
Flavour is more than taste. It is the work of all our senses, carrying us through memory, imagination and time.

The full reading
The dominant material field carries the immediate intensity of blackberry, mulberry and cassis. The gloss keeps the red luminous and juicy, alive with light.
The vessel's surface expands and contracts through rounded vertical folds. These create volume without a single heavy mass and let the fruit character stay energetic.
The folds continuously alter reflection, shadow and apparent saturation, so the red shifts as the object or viewer moves and reads as a single living field.
The vessel reads as one continuous body, its folds travelling through the form, so the dominant fruit character stays present throughout.
The green occupies only a small proportion of the object, because the herbal character follows the fruit. Its position close to the opening places that cue toward the end of the vessel's visual sequence.
The upward movement continues after the main volume, carrying the wine beyond its initial fruit intensity.
Saturated red, gloss and rounded folds form the dominant language of juicy dark fruit. Movement through the relief keeps the object energetic, while a small cool green signal appears at the upper edge. Its proportion mirrors the wine: fruit first, herbal freshness afterwards.
The vessel, in detail
Created for Grenache Bouquet 2025. Made to live beyond it.
Juicy young red blends — vivid dark fruit and energy, lifted by a cool, herbal freshness on a long finish.
Grenache Bouquet 2025, Estate Collection
Juicy black fruit and vivid southern warmth, followed by a cool herbal freshness that remains after the fruit has passed.
A bouquet of varieties and a bouquet of wild red forest fruit, a combination that is hard to resist. A wine tasting of juicy mulberry, blackberry and a fiery Melnik sunset. The finish is unexpectedly fresh and herbal, leaving calm and depth behind it.
The wine, met with the senses awake
A Calassi vessel works on the moment before the wine — the anticipation. Form, colour and texture wake the senses before the first pour, and the act of serving becomes part of how the wine is met. Poured into the glass, the wine arrives to senses already prepared. The cooling system holds an ideal temperature through the whole ritual, from opening to the last glass.
The vessel, the cooler, or the whole system The vessel stands on its own. The cooler is a dedicated companion, available separately.
Designed to hold the wine at an ideal serving temperature throughout the ritual. The double-walled porcelain body holds cooling agents that regulate heat exchange and keep the temperature for up to two hours.
The base opens easily so the agents recharge in an ordinary refrigerator, ready for the next bottle. Developed as a dedicated companion to the vessel, it brings temperature control into the serving system while leaving the vessel itself unchanged.
