The full reading
Ripe fruit and buttery palate → a rounded reservoir

The full, rounded lower volume carries the wine's ripe yellow fruit and buttery palate — its weight and fullness held in a calm, generous base.

Butter, caramel and richness → a creamy-yellow gloss

A creamy-yellow gloss reflects the wine's butter, caramel and richness, the warm heart of its character.

Weight and concentration → visual and physical mass

The vessel's mass and proportions read the wine's weight and concentration, so the hand meets its fullness before the first sip.

Salinity and minerality → a rough sea-foam texture

A rough, sea-foam zone carries the wine's salinity and gentle minerality — the Black Sea coast of Kaliakra written into the surface.

A long, saline finish → an elongated neck

An elongated neck follows the wine's long, saline finish, carrying it beyond the ripe fruit into a mineral close.

Congruence check

The rounded, butter-yellow volume carries the wine's ripe fruit and fullness, while the rough sea-foam zone rises towards the neck and follows its long, saline finish. Weight, gloss and texture point the same way — richness first, salinity and a mineral close staying to the end.

The ritual

The wine, met with the senses awake

A Calassi vessel works on the moment before the wine — the anticipation. Form, colour and texture wake the senses before the first pour, and the act of serving becomes part of how the wine is met. Poured into the glass, the wine arrives to senses already prepared. The cooling system holds an ideal temperature through the whole ritual, from opening to the last glass.
The system · three ways

The vessel, the cooler, or the whole system The vessel stands on its own. The cooler is a dedicated companion, available separately.

Designed to hold the wine at an ideal serving temperature throughout the ritual. The double-walled porcelain body holds cooling agents that regulate heat exchange and keep the temperature for up to two hours.

The base opens easily so the agents recharge in an ordinary refrigerator, ready for the next bottle. Developed as a dedicated companion to the vessel, it brings temperature control into the serving system while leaving the vessel itself unchanged.
