ORDER PROCESSING

CALASSI vessels are handcrafted in Sofia, Bulgaria. Availability and dispatch times depend on whether the piece is currently in stock or available for pre-order.

In-stock pieces are normally prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days after the order has been confirmed.

Pre-order pieces are reserved from an upcoming production cycle and are made and prepared specifically for your order. The current production time for pre-order pieces is approximately 4 weeks before dispatch.

The estimated production period is shown on the relevant product page where applicable. As CALASSI vessels are made entirely by hand, slight variations in production time may occasionally occur. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you.

Please note that the production period for a pre-order is separate from the shipping time.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

CALASSI ships worldwide from Sofia, Bulgaria.

Orders are sent using DHL or another appropriate tracked courier service depending on the destination. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

Europe: approximately 3–7 business days
Rest of the world: approximately 7–14 business days

These are estimated transit times and do not include the production period for pre-order pieces.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local courier operations, public holidays and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination, size and weight of the shipment.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Orders delivered within the European Union are generally not subject to import customs duties.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, local taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs procedures may also affect delivery times. CALASSI has no control over charges or processing times imposed by local customs authorities.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but changes may no longer be possible once the shipment has been handed to the courier.

Additional delivery costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed parcel or repeated delivery attempts may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

RECEIVING YOUR CALASSI

Every CALASSI vessel is carefully packed in its protective case and outer shipping packaging.

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery and retain all packaging until you have checked the vessel.

If the parcel appears visibly damaged when it arrives, please photograph the external packaging before opening it where possible.

If your CALASSI arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, photographs of the external shipping box and packaging, photographs of the vessel and a brief description of the damage.

We will review the shipment and arrange the appropriate solution.

DELAYS & LOST SHIPMENTS

Once an order has been dispatched, customs processing, weather conditions, local disruptions and courier delays may occasionally affect the estimated delivery date.

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your shipment may be lost, please contact us. We will assist with the courier investigation.
